You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. Allowing others to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mk3 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
- Using bots, automation, or technical exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Conducting transactions for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

Payments, Transactions & Fund Transfers
All financial transactions on mk3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using approved mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposited funds will only be returned to the payment method registered under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. mk3 may initiate a verification process for any unusual or suspicious transactions.
Specified wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Additional conditions may apply to funds derived from bonuses. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though verification may take additional time.
